Art, Beats + Lyrics (AB+L) is gearing up for our 2018 – 2019 tour season and we are super excited to cast our net worldwide for this tour’s art submissions!
Each year’s exhibition tour is a cultural experience designed to inspire and inform; a multimedia showcase for urban contemporary art, AB+L is an approachable means for folks to discover the art world and to become a part of a dynamic community where everyone's inner collector can flourish.
AB+L enters the 2018 - 2019 season with exhibitions planned all over the United States, including Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Houston, St. Louis, Washington D.C. and many other cities. We look forward to reviewing your work and the passion and creative soul that comes with it!
Submissions will be accepted for the 2018-2019 Art, Beats + Lyrics (AB+L) tour until 11:00 pm on July 1st, 2018.
All required fields must be filled out on the submission form to be eligible for the tour.
Artist chosen to be a part of this year’s tour will be notified via email by mid-July 2018.
When sending a submission to AB+L, please keep the following in mind:
We are a traveling art and music tour with limited space. If we had the space to feature every artist, we totally would!
We review ALL submissions that are sent. You will get an auto-generated email once we have received your submission, but only those chosen for the 2018-2019 tour will receive an additional follow up (mid-July, via email). But please don’t be discouraged! As we plan out each show several months in advance, we may be able to feature you in a particular city in the future (maybe your own city), at which point we will reach out directly via the contact information provided.
Zip files, DOCs, or anything requiring a download will not be reviewed.
If your project is buried within a portfolio or gallery we may not click through everything, so please help us get started in the right spot by sending links that go directly to the project being submitted.
There is no need to send multiple follow up emails on your submission. We will contact you if your submission is chosen, promise!
A hi-res image of each work submitted IS REQUIRED.
Artist must be 21 years of age or older to submit work
We have met many of our featured artists through social media (we have a Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account - @artbeatsandlyrics). Using #abl2018 on your photos is a quick way of getting our attention to possibly be a feature in our social media.
